Real Estate: In our real estate practice, our lawyers can assist clients with

Family Law: Each lawyer has significant experience advising clients with family law
issues. We have experience
with matters related to divorce, legal separation,
annulment, child support, custody,
visitation, paternity, maintenance
and division of property. We also have experience with international adoptions,
stepparent adoptions, adult adoptions
and re-adoption. We find that this area of our practice is extremely rewarding and are eager to assist clients with
adoptions.
Mediation: It is often helpful or necessary for parties to try to reach an agreement on specific issues in
their case outside of court. Mediation is often required by a court or pursued privately by parties to try to resolve
a dispute before incurring substantial legal expenses. Ms. Hipple is certified to provide both family and financial
mediation services.
Estate Planning and Probate: We can assist clients and their families with all of their Estate Planning and Probate needs.
Office Locations: We have offices conveniently located in West Dundee and Chicago to serve our clients in Cook County, Kane County, McHenry County, DuPage County, Lake County and DeKalb County.
Communities: The West Dundee office serves the legal needs of many Fox Valley and Tri-City clients who reside in Algonquin, Carpentersville, Crystal Lake, Dundee, East Dundee, Elgin,
Fox Valley, Geneva, Gilberts, Hampshire, Harvard, Huntley, Lake in the Hills, Marengo, McHenry, Saint Charles, South Elgin, and West Dundee. We also serve clients in many Northwest Suburban Communities,
including Arlington Heights, Barrington, Schaumburg, Palatine, Hoffman Estates, Roselle, Hanover Park and Streamwood. The Chicago office serves the entire Chicago Metro area, including, Buffalo Grove,
Chicago, Elk Grove Village, Elmwood Park, , Oak Park, Franklin Park, Hanover Park, Harwood Heights, Norridge, Park Ridge, River Forest, River Grove, Glenview, Skokie, Mt. Prospect, Des Plaines,
Maywood and Schiller Park. Both offices can also serve Polish speaking clients.
